Cancellation Policy and Penalties

Open Travel applies a transparent cancellation policy in accordance with Romanian Government Ordinance no. 2/2018 regarding travel packages and associated travel services, as well as European legislation (EU Directive 2015/2302).

⚠️ Warning: These penalties are standard and apply to most tour packages. For special offers (Early Booking, Last Minute, New Year's, cruises, exotic destinations), more restrictive conditions may apply.
